Maintenance/HVAC Technician
We are currently seeking qualified applicants for the Maintenance | HVAC Technician position. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) systems in public buildings.
Requirements: Applicants must possess a high school diploma, supplemented by completing an acceptable apprentice-level HVACR training program, plus 5-years of progressively more responsible experience in air-conditioning or HVACR trade. The job requires knowledge and skills in the principles, practices, methods, techniques, materials, and tools pertinent to the HVACR trade and related installation, maintenance, and repair activities used in public building maintenance and construction.
Compensation: The hourly wage for this position is based upon the SEIU Agreement and supplemental wage rates. Additionally, a full benefits package is included.
