Returning Student Registration

The Greater Latrobe School District is pleased to announce it will continue the use of Returning Student Registration for the annual update of your student's information.  The system is a secure and green process, which allows the district to verify all student demographic, emergency and medical information for your child prior to the start of the new school year. The system will also allow you to electronically sign the annual permission forms for school district policies. In short, this online process replaces all the hard copy student registration and permission forms that your child brings home on the first day of school.  It also allows for us to have important medical updates prior to the start of the school year!

 

How do I get started?

Check for an email you should have received from Greater Latrobe School District.  It will contain a snapcode link that you can click to begin your Returning Student Registration process.  The email subject will be Greater Latrobe School District Returning Student Registration and will include the student’s name

What’s a snapcode?

The snapcode is like a key to your child’s Returning Student Registration for the upcoming school year. You should receive a unique snapcode or snapcode link for each child.

 

Should I create an account?

- If you’ve never completed an online Returning Student Registration, you should create an account. This allows you to securely save your work and come back at a later time if necessary. You can use your email address or cell phone number.

- You should use the same account to complete forms for multiple children.

- If you used this system last year you can sign in with the username and password that you already created. If needed, there is a link to recover your password.

 

Do I have to answer all the questions?

Questions marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.

 

What if I make a mistake?

If you would like to make a change, click on the underlined field or click “< Prev” to return to a previous page.

 

I’ve completed the form, now what?

When you have finished entering your information, click “Submit.” This will send all of the information you’ve entered to the school. If you cannot click on this button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions.

 

What if I have more than one student in the district?

Do I need to do this for each child? Yes, because you’ll need to provide information that is specific for each child. We recommend that you submit one Returning Student Registration and then start another – this will allow you to “snap over” shared family information, which will save you time.

 

I don’t know what a question is asking.
